Ask about Explorer+ ↗
Here’s where things stand.
Clear expectations for the current preview and the public launch.
Explorer+ items are planned features, not a purchased entitlement or a promise of a launch date.
A few pricing questions.
Can I subscribe or start a trial?
No. The current preview does not accept Explorer+ payments or start a subscription or paid trial.
What will the app cost?
Public prices have not been announced. Plans, billing details, and usage limits will be published before public launch. We won’t ask you to choose a plan without those details.
Is the website demo free?
Yes. It uses predefined sample images, with no account, camera access, or payment. Its saved collection lives in this browser tab and can be cleared with Reset demo.
Do offline packs mean identification works offline today?
No. Offline region packs appear in the planned Explorer+ feature list. They are not a statement that current online identification works offline.
How do I ask about preview access?
Join the early-access waitlist. We will email a test link and instructions. Participating earns the limited Early Explorer badge.
